Case Study: Mill Lane Play Area

Mill Lane Play Area, Lambourn, Berkshire
The Project
Lambourn Parish Council decided to completely refurbish Mill Lane Play Area and wanted the new design to be based on an Inclusive theme. We designed a scheme which fitted all criteria and produced a full 3D presentation for public consultation.
The centre piece of the Playground is a Sutcliffe Play Inclusive Unit Ref: PZW511, which is a very large, exciting and challenging unit. The design also ensures that equipment for different age groups is located together and includes a Low Rotator from the Teenzone range. This particular unit provides entertainment for older visitors and encourages team work as the unit works at its best when three people use it together.

Additional Works
We moved some existing bow top fencing and installed additional fencing including 3no 5.5m long swing barriers.
